We invite Russian and foreign students and young specialists aged 18 to 35, interested in the electoral sphere, to take part in the
II International School of Electoral Experts, held as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Ensuring Observation and Expertise of Electoral Processes.

The school is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund.
It will bring together young professionals who want to master the tools of election observation in different countries and political cultures.

The main goal of the School - to introduce participants to modern methods and new approaches to observation and analysis,
to teach them to distinguish nuances
in monitoring and analysis and to record facts correctly.
